The Southwest Habitat Coalition is a faith-based community group that has come together with the goal of sponsoring and building affordable homes for a Rochester families in need. Our Coalition is working in partnership with Flower City Habitat for Humanity.
Currently our coalition is in between projects. We look forward to providing up to date information on this site when we begin our next project!
